Is your packaging discreet?
All our products are sent in plain, unlabelled cardboard boxes with handwritten addresses at present
I am not out to the people I currently live with, can you address the order to another name?
Of course, simply message us with the order number and the name you need us to write on the envelope
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
We're doing everything we can to make our packaging as eco-friendly as possible. We use cardboard boxes and 100% recycled shredded paper (both of which are recyclable or compostable) to send packages to customers. We are also phasing out the plastic wrap on our enamel pins in favour of paper bags, though this will take time as we go through old stock. Our wrapping paper is 100% recycled and uses vegetable inks making it recyclable and compostable.
